Taller Balam Gallery (Barcelona, Spain) in collaboration with Phoenix Arts Europe, brought together 20 artists for this exhibition aimed at raising awareness about the consequences of climate change. To convey this idea, the common theme was bees, whose global population is alarmingly declining due to human activity. Bees are present in all the works, whether literally, subtly, or hidden, also reflecting on the concept of the individual and the collective.
I participated with this piece entitled Zoe, a personified bee who looks at us with an attitude of resignation but inner peace: she feels powerless and yet at peace with herself, knowing with certainty that she has done and continues to do everything possible for life on Earth. " Humans, the world is in your hands".
